
OWNER
1. Joins RentStuff.ie and posts an item to rent including details, images and price for the rental.
2. Receives a booking request from a renter. Accepts or declines booking request.
3. If the booking request is accepted, contact details are exchanged between the owner and the renter. Contact is made with the renter and details of the exchange of the item are agreed.
4. Meets the renter(Unless delivering). At this stage the rental agreement may be signed and security deposit and ID taken if necessary. Item is exchanged and details for the return of the item are agreed.
Once the transaction is complete renter is rated as per RentStuff.ie rating system.
RENTER
1. Searches for an item to rent.
2. Finds a suitable item, if additional information is required you can “Ask the owner a question”. If satisfied with the item reserves the item by selecting the period of time it is required for. A booking deposit is left which will be deducted once the owner accepts the booking.
3. Booking is confirmed and receives owners contact details. Contact is made with the owner and details of the exchange of the item are agreed.
4. Meets the owner(Unless delivered). At this stage the rental agreement may be signed, the owner may also require a security deposit and ID. Item is exchanged and details for the return of the item are agreed.
Once the transaction is complete owner is rated as per RentStuff.ie rating system.
